About ordering
I haven't received an order confirmation email
If you have not received an email within an hour, please contact us by phone, fax or email.
Can I change my order?
Please note that we do not accept any changes to ordered items after the order has been placed.
Can I return or get a refund?
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience.
Many of our products are antique, vintage, or second-hand, so there may be dirt, damage, or scratches that we do not notice. We cannot check whether some items, such as clocks, work or not. Even if we determine that an item is an accessory, the customer may not agree, so please check the item until you are satisfied.
About Shipping
Number of days until delivery
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 7 days after your order is confirmed (or after the bank transfer is received).
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
You can choose the delivery date up to one week in advance. If no delivery date and time is specified, the item will be delivered as soon as possible.

・Honshu: 600 yen ・Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu: 900 yen ・Okinawa: Sagawa Express cash on delivery
About international shipping
International shipping is also available.
Please check the shipping fee on the checkout screen.
Depending on the product, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if this occurs.
Payment
Can I issue a receipt?
Yes, we do. If you would like a receipt, please indicate this in the comments section when placing your order.
If you enter the recipient's name and notes, we will issue the document with the details you specify.
*Please note that if you use the following payment methods, we will not issue a ticket.
・Convenience store payment (a payment receipt or other document can be used in place of a receipt)
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
To change your payment method after placing an order, please cancel the order and then place it again, selecting your preferred payment method.
Can I reserve it?
Please note that we cannot hold items for you.
About gifts
Is gift wrapping available?
We can provide gift wrapping for free. It will be wrapped in a bag and tied with a ribbon. If you would like gift wrapping, please select "Yes" when placing your order.

The product I received was broken. I received a different product.
